EXPERIENCE
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Harper served as Director of Corporate Compliance for Kinko's Service Corporation, Inc., now FedEx Office's, and served as in house corporate counsel to one of California's largest labor staffing corporations focusing upon employment law, ERISA regulations and EEOC compliance.
Ms. Harper's experience includes eclectic and extensive work with over fifteen years trial experience in the areas of business law, copyright and trademark law, estate planning, probate, employment law, administrative hearings, domestic violence prosecution, civil and family law litigation. She also practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.

Attorney Harper is a member of the Ventura and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and Business and Intellectual Property Sections of the State Bar of California. She is a member of the CPA Law Society, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Kiwanis International, and Daughters of the American Revolution Member and Mother Daughter Cameo Club Lifetime Member. Ms. Harper is a proud Supporter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She is a Graduate of Ventura College of Law; Marymount College; Regent's College, London, England; and La Reina High School. She has lived abroad and enjoys traveling to different countries and has been a resident of the Conejo Valley since childhood.
