EXPERIENCE
Mr. Flahavan was managing partner of the firm of Jones & Wilson from 1978 through 1984 and thereafter was managing and senior partner of Flahavan, Hudson & Francis from its inception in 1984. Mr. Flahavan's practice specializes in Personal Injury Litigation. Mr. Flahavan has extensive mediation, arbitration and trial experience in his area of specialization. Mr. Flahavan is a member of the faculty of Ventura/Santa Barbara Colleges of Law.

EDUCATION
Born in San Francisco, California, William Flahavan attended Saint Mary's College and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1968. Mr. Flahavan received his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of Law in 1971 where he was the Note and Comment editor for the Hastings Law Journal, a member of the Thruston Honor Society and graduated Order of the Coif. Mr. Flahavan was admitted to the Bar of the Sate of California in January, 1972.
